Operational Excellence (OPEX) Event
On October 4th, Kaizen Institute Thailand hosted an Operational Excellence (OPEX) Event together with our client Siam City Cement PCL (SCCC) – Navigating Success: Operations Excellence as Your Business Compass.
The main theme of the event was on how OPEX has transformed SCCC’s operations and is integrated in SCCC´s strategy. Through this event, SCCC shared their insights and experience on:
- How OPEX is transforming SCCC’s supply chain operations;
- How OPEX is integrated into SCCC’s Strategy and how it benefited the business;
- How to foster improvements and deliver superior results in a regional organization that operates in 5 countries;
- How to integrate business improvements and cultural transformation to deliver sustainable performance.
The event included a roundtable on the topic “Transforming Projects into Systems”. This expert dialogue featured thought leaders from SCCC, Shell, SVI, Qarbon Aerospace
, and Kaizen Institute, followed by a Q&A.
The attendees included Kaizen Institute’s Leadership team, as well as 45 distinguished guests from various Asian countries and organizations. The participants were C-level executives, Vice Presidents and Directors, who gained valuable insights into the best practices that contributed to SCCC’s business growth.
The event offered ample possibilities to get inspired and was the ideal platform for stimulating exchange of experiences and expertise on KAIZEN™ and its impact on the organizational culture and the company’s environment.
