Kaizen Institute’s mission is to help organizations grow by implementing cultures of continuous improvement. Thus, we decided to embrace the challenge of applying KAIZEN™ in a different reality – a school environment.

We believe that KAIZEN™ tools and principles are universal and can create breakthrough results in various contexts.

This project aimed to foster a culture of continuous improvement in a young community so that it could be developed from an early age.
