“I feel very privileged to take on this role at such an exciting time for the world’s economies as the needs of Kaizen Institute’s clients and people are changing rapidly. Our services must bring solutions to the challenges businesses are facing today. Kaizen Institute is dealing with these changes in thoughtful and innovative ways which will benefit all Kaizen Institute stakeholders for years to come”, says António.

It is also important that we are able to serve in the local language and understand their specific culture and needs. These actions are a top priority within our strategic plans.”

John Verhees, Director, Consulting Governance

John has been working for Kaizen Institute Netherlands for more than 10 years. Prior to his role of Managing Partner, Kaizen Institute Netherlands, he successfully led other Lean consulting firms in The Netherlands. “António and John have extensive expertise in leadership and the successful implementation of our methodologies, delivering the results our clients are demanding. As they have been effectively supporting many global clients to achieve their success, they are well qualified to further enhance Kaizen Institute as a global group of consultants. The two roles are designed to strategically complement each other in our pursuit of excellence through the application of our superior KAIZEN™ Business System. This will elevate our expertise, quality, and credibility to an even higher level.
