With over 15 years of international experience in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors, Franklin has led large-scale transformation initiatives that have improved productivity, reduced lead times, and strengthened regulatory compliance. Combining expertise in Quality, Lean, and digital innovation, he helps organizations build resilient operations that deliver sustainable performance.
Abed Brighet is the Manufacturing Site Quality & Compliance Director and Qualified Person (QP) at Kenvue, where he leads quality and compliance across the pharmaceutical manufacturing site, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products.
With more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership roles at Kenvue, Johnson & Johnson, and Sanofi, Abed has built extensive expertise in manufacturing, quality, compliance, and operational excellence. His experience spans production management, manufacturing excellence, and quality leadership across highly regulated pharmaceutical environments.
