With over 30 years in the aerospace industry, including multiple roles within Airbus, she brings together technical depth and a deeply human approach to transformation. An aeronautical engineer by training and a certified executive coach, Elena combines analytical rigor with emotional intelligence to build unified, purpose-driven teams that deliver lasting change.
Màxim Serra a Operational Excellence leader and Former Global Head of Business Process Excellence at Novartis, where he has spent over seven years embedding operational excellence across one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. With a career spanning more than 30 years across pharma, automotive and FMCG, including senior roles at Mahle, Groupe Renault, Heineken, and Yamaha Motor, he brings a rare breadth of experience to the question of what makes improvement actually stick.
