UK&I KAIZEN™ Awards 
2023 Edition 

The KAIZEN™ Awards aim to recognise benchmark organisations setting up Lean and Continuous Improvement best practices; organisations that strive to change for the better, getting breakthrough and innovative results. The aim of this recognition is to: 

• Highlight reference organisations for best practices in continuous improvement. 
• Incentivise in-house teams to improve (strenghten CI behaviours). 
• Engage management to support and drive continuous improvement activities. 
• Publicly acknowledge examples of best practices in continuous improvement.
