Kaizen Institute cooperates with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

We are delighted to announce that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has approved and awarded a grant that will be deployed by Kaizen Institute Africa’s team to support 13 to 15 African countries to learn and deploy KAIZEN™ across their family planning supply chain, with specific focus on the last mile elements. The grant duration is for 14 months and has two components. Learning By Doing (LBD) and Roll Out.

Each country will be supported by a team of two consultants from Kaizen Institute using elements of Kaizen Institutes consulting models. Throughout this assignment Kaizen Institute’s consultants will maintain a close relationship with all involved local people and the members of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
