On 15th June 2021, during our ‘Reshaping Business Services’ Virtual Conference, we were pleased to hear a panel discussion formed by expert speakers Etienne Huret (Natixis), Carlos Guimarães (adidas) and Albano Magalhães (SEG Automotive), as well as keynote presentations from Ana Sousa (Farfetch), Dr Olivia Remes (University of Cambridge) and Ana Cambra (Nestlé). Topics discussed included work-life balance and employee engagement, how the future is reshaping the humanisation of work and the impact of culture on performance, with a particular focus on Business Services functions.
