Adapting to the new work environment
The COVID-19 pandemic forced the company to quickly adapt to remote work, as 90% of daily management routines and improvement workshops were conducted in person, involving more than 150 teams.
All company dynamics and processes were initially designed for a physical environment, with limited digital intervention. Teams were used to routines deeply rooted in the use of physical tools, which made it difficult to replicate those practices in a digital setting, creating significant challenges to both adaptation and operational continuity.
