Onboarding

In-person training – twice a month
A specific topic, from lean/kaizen models to technological tools or soft skills, is explored and covered.

- Supports the consultant in data collection and analysis and the preparation of lean workshops.
Approx. 1-3 years
- Acquires specialised expertise while engaging in increasingly complex projects.
- Fosters close partnerships with clients, comprehends their issues, presents recommendations, and collaborates effectively to attain exceptional outcomes.
Approx. 3-4 years
- Demonstrates and fosters high-performance levels within both internal and external project teams.
- Oversees analyses, constructs the framework to achieve results, and plays a pivotal role in delivering client solutions.
Approx. 4-6 years
- Leads multiple consulting teams.
- Assists these teams in their growth, guiding their efforts, harnessing their skills, and enhancing their knowledge to provide strategic solutions to clients.
- Promotes high-performance levels and identifies potential opportunities with a strong customer focus and a commitment to business development.
Approx. 6-8 years
- Leads multiple project teams, maintains relationships with numerous clients, and develops expertise in specific sectors, ensuring successful project management.
- Takes the helm on international and large-scale projects, serving as a mentor across various business areas.
- Holds responsibility for the company’s revenue through project sales and budget management.
Approx. 9 years
- Assumes a growing leadership role in projects, team mentoring, and business development.
- Fosters strong client relationships, offering strategic guidance and driving business success.
- Focuses on decision-making for budget management, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and achieving targets.
