 Kaizen Institute Latvia

Kaizen Institute Latvia was established January 2020 and is led by Frode Aasheim. Frode, originally from Norway, has a long and diverse experience of working in the Baltic area for international businesses. Kaizen Institute Latvia will provide KAIZEN™ consulting and training services to organizations in the Baltic region and will support them to develop strategies for a long-term sustainable business, working closely together with the Business Units within the Northern Europe RSU (Regional Support Unit).

Kaizen Institute Nigeria

Kaizen Institute Nigeria was officially registered end of 2019 and will support the markets of Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia, together with the team of the Eastern and Western Africa RSU. Jackson Uwaifo, Business Development Manager, will introduce the KAIZEN™ methodology to Nigeria, focusing on Gemba business activities which will support companies in the Nigerian and adjacent markets to reach a new level of sustainable and operational Business Excellence.

Kaizen Institute Myanmar

Kaizen Institute’s operation in Myanmar started its activities end of 2019, led by Vijay Allaham. Kaizen Institute Myanmar is part of the Indian RSU, which provide KAIZEN™ services in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Myanmar. Working for many clients and operating in strategic sectors, Kaizen Institute Myanmar will provide high levels of performance and improvement for local organizations, raising their competitiveness and growth by applying KAIZEN™ methodologies.
