Kaizen Institute Indonesia

Kaizen Institute Indonesia joined the Kaizen Institute Group in November 2018. Kaizen Institute Indonesia becomes the 3rd Business Unit in the fast growing ASEAN region. This Business Unit is led by J. Andre Roberto with the goal to promote the KAIZEN™ Business System to the Manufacturing, Banking, Telecommunication and other growing industries in Indonesia. With the strong global brand of Kaizen Institute, well proven methods and experienced professionals, Kaizen Institute Indonesia will help leveling up the business performance of many clients in Indonesia.

Kaizen Institute Czech Republic

We have been in the process of restructuring our operations in Czech Republic. Since 2004, Kaizen Institute Czech Republic was headed by Miroslav Bauer who decided beginning of 2018 to pursue a new path. As from October 10th, 2018, Pavel Kadavý and Jiří Žižka (see photo above) will lead a newly established Kaizen Institute Business Unit in Prague, Czech Republic. Both have been working for Kaizen Institute for many years on various local and global projects. Their aim is to grow the business in the Czech Republic and to be the premium provider of KAIZEN™ and Lean services in their country.

Kaizen Institute’s local, regional and global operations have and continue to comply and work within its well documented Code of Conduct, to better serve our clients, while ensuring we have no conflicts of interest.
