The 6^th Edition of the prestigious Global KAIZEN™ Award was celebrated with great enthusiasm at ESPM in São Paulo, Brazil. Nearly 150 esteemed guests gathered to honor organizations from around the world for their outstanding achievements in implementing KAIZEN™ principles and practices.

The Global KAIZEN™ Award recognizes organizations that lead the way in applying KAIZEN™ methodologies to achieve excellence in performance and operational efficiency. This year’s event celebrated the finalists in the category “Excellence in Applying KAIZEN™ Principles,” recognizing their innovative and effective adoption of Continuous Improvement systems across various sectors.

Award Winners Recognized for Outstanding Achievements

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the award recipients, who were recognized for their exceptional commitment to implementing KAIZEN™ principles:

1st Place: Embrear, Brazil – Luis Carlos Marinho da Silva and his team received the award on behalf of Embraer for their outstanding implementation of the Embraer Excellence System, to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement.

2nd Place: VELUX (NM Polska), Poland – Patrycja Wojcik, Kaizen Institute Poland, received the award on behalf of VELUX (NM Polska)for their exceptional work in advancing Continuous Improvement within their company.

3rd Place: Empresas IANSA, Chile – Pablo Sanhueza and David Manuschevich received the award on behalf of Empresas IANSA for the successful implemenation of KAIZENä methodologies leading to outstanding results.

3rd Place: SUZUKI Motor de Colombia – Jhon Jairo Bermúdez Meza, Natalia Buriticá Osorio, Juan José Orozco Valencia, Kenji Shimabara, Suzuki Mitsuhiro, and Claudia Liliana Loaiza Castaño received the award on behalf of SUZUKI Motor de Colombia for their significant contributions to improving processes and operational efficiencies.

3rd Place: NS-Siam United Steel, Thailand – Chaiyan Kallayanontchai, Theanchai Suksaengjun, Hathaikarn Truntrairat, and Unchalee Wutthisala together with Tatsuya Miyahara and Carlos Yukito Miyazaki from Nippon Steel Brazil received the award on behalf of NS-Siam United Steel in recognition of their successful implementation of KAIZEN™ principles and practices, resulting in enhanced financial performance and improvements in PQCD (Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Delivery) KPIs.
