The main challenge was the difficulty in meeting customer delivery deadlines. This resulted in a failure in the company’s performance, especially in a strategic area with significant growth potential: the sanitary metals sector.

What was the role of Kaizen Institute in solving this problem?

Kaizen Institute helped us identify the root cause of the problem, which was the lack of connection between departments and processes along the value stream – a common issue in Western companies that aren’t customer-centric. Based on this analysis, they helped us develop an integrated planning system, aligning all departments to deliver value to customers.
