Forty years ago, Masaaki Imai founded Kaizen Institute with a bold mission: to make Continuous Improvement a global movement. His groundbreaking work has been pivotal in shaping today’s management practices. His series of influential books charted the course for how KAIZEN™ has been understood and applied worldwide, for example:

• Kaizen: The Key to Japan’s Competitive Success (McGraw Hill 1986): This seminal work introduced the world to the concept of Kaizen, emphasizing small, incremental improvements that lead to significant long-term success.
